I just want the world to know how fabulous Firehouse Catering is!!
They recently provided the food for my wedding and almost ALL of my guest sought me out to tell me how wonderful the meal was! The staff was so friendly and everyone exceeded my expectations. Thank you for helping to make our wedding such a wonderful event! Heather Dyck

Sitting down with Jeff for the first time to do pre-wedding planning he was very friendly, easy to talk to, a great listener, and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. He was very willing and able to help us acquire our dreams and expectations for our wedding meal and celebration, and helped to fit them into our budget. He had GREAT suggestions!
He was always available for any questions that came up. I couldn't believe that he was always so kind and calm when talking to me either in person, by phone, or by email. He always returned my calls or emails promptly. Everyone knows how anxious a Bride-to-be can be!
Although I worried, there really was no reason to. Jeff looked after every detail of our wedding; from linens, to the meal, to placement of table centerpieces, napkins, wineglasses, the wine, etc! It was perfect and beautiful! We also had Jeff provide the bartenders and the two that we had were very friendly, proficient, the guests enjoyed them, and they remained professional in their job. The servers were very courteous and very efficient! No one had a cold meal!
The food was AMAZING!! Our compliments to the chefs of Firehouse Catering! We received so many compliments on the delicious meal and the fabulous dessert. We served the Chicken Vino Bianco (very tender) and the fabulous Tartufo (ice-cream dessert) to our guests. Our meal was served buffet style and the food was always hot. People went up for seconds and even thirds! Dishes were cleared promptly off the tables so that the reception could begin.
Thank you Jeff for going above and beyond what a normal caterer would do! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for post-poning your trip to cater our wedding. It will never be forgotten and was greatly appreciated! Thank you Firehouse Catering for the excellent meals, service, and detail that you provide to your customers!

Having never eaten with you before you exceed our expectations of on site catering! We loved the fresh and perfectly cooked food! I especially loved your attention to detail (the peppers filled with tartar, ingenious).
I will be glad to recommend you to our friends and family! Your cards were gone at the end of the night, so I hope that means I'll have the pleasure of eating with you again!!

Just another thankyou for the tremendous work you and and your crew did at the wedding reception. We absolutely loved the food, and I think that is a rarity at outdoor functions. Everyone is still raving about the perch, and the chicken was great too - we finished it off on Sunday evening with the whole family again. The Ziareks went back on Monday so they were here for quite a few dinners. It certainly was a godsend to find the roaster full of pasta salad........I thought I'd have to make one, and i wasn't looking forward to it! By the way, that was an excellent bowtie salad too.....MUCH better than having the usual penne with tomato sauce, which is usually overcooked. We're not sure how we're going to use all the corn left over, but I froze it in baggies and hope to add it to soups, etc.
I've recommended you to so many people that I'm afraid you'll be all booked up if we ever have another outdoor reception! LOL No one could believe you handled everything, right down to the fireworks and the outhouse!! Now THAT was the biggest attraction, (not the outhouse !, but the fact that you did all the legwork to order everything) and the reason I wanted Firehouse to cater. We just didn't have the time this wedding, to do all that extra work, and worry that it would all be here.
Charlene Swaddling actually told me that you handled it all, since she is getting ready for Caron's wedding on Aug.28, I believe. She'll be asking me at yoga how it all went, and I have only good to tell her.
